Can I have my guitar setup customized?
-Yes! All new orders will receive a custom setup with your choice of guitar strings properly setup and intonated to your tuning of choice.

How does the ordering process work?
-After you place your order through our website, you will receive an order confirmation email from us within approximately 24 hours. In that email, we will ask you what brand and gauge strings you would like and what tuning you would like your guitar setup in. We will also ask you what size (free) Esoterik Guitars T-shirt you would like and we will provide you with your orders current ETA. 

How do I adjust my truss rod?
-Our 2-way adjustable spoke nut truss rods are very user friendly and easy to adjust while your guitar is fully in tune and without having to remove a cover plate. Rotate the wheel 1/8 of a turn at a time, then check your guitar. Counter clockwise will give you more up-bow while clockwise will give you give you back-bow. 
* For our older USA models - rotate in the opposite direction.

Is it safe to use cleaning products on my guitar?
-Yes! You can use any guitar cleaning product on your Esoterik. Just use as little of the cleaning product on the finish as possible to avoid an excess residue of the product from remaining on the surface and hardening in the pores.

Why choose a 27" scale length baritone guitar?
-If you don't want to go with a 7 or 8 string guitar because you prefer the feel of a narrower 6 string neck but you like drop tuning, then the LK27 is perfect for you! The extended range of the 27" scale length slightly increases the string tension which gives you a perfect feel, balanced tone and proper intonation when using low tunings. The LK27 can comfortably handle any standard tuning but it truly shines and eliminates any unwanted floppy string buzz when drop tuning to C or lower.

Does my guitar come with a warranty?
-Yes! All new Esoterik Guitars orders come with a one (1) year manufacturer's warranty on all parts and labor that begins the day that your order is delivered.
